Theresa Weaver-Barbers

Attorney Weaver-Barbers focuses on family law and immigration law. She is experienced in representing clients in a variety of family law matters including divorce, support, and custody. She has also successfully represented many immigration clients in obtaining adjustment of status, naturalization, and fiancé visas, as well as in a variety of other immigration matters. Attorney Weaver-Barbers has practiced before Pennsylvania’s local county Courts of Common Pleas and the Pennsylvania Superior Court, and she has also practiced at the federal level, appearing before United States Citizenship and Immigration Services and various Immigration Courts, as well as in federal district court.

Attorney Weaver-Barbers was recognized in 2023, 2024, and 2025 as a Rising Star in family law in the Pennsylvania edition of Super Lawyers. Attorney Weaver-Barbers lives in Central Pennsylvania with her husband and her son. In her free time, she is an avid reader, and she enjoys taking classes to learn new skills, such as pottery, acting, and cake decorating.
